Wiper System

Way Wipers are made for their high sealing and wiping capabilities in the toughest work environment. It is made up of special polyurethane composition which has low co efficient of friction during movement. It is resistant to all coolants, resisits temperatures up to 135C.

PROPERTIES

-> Temperature Range - 40C to 100C.

-> Support Material : Al or Steel.

-> Wiper Lip Material : Polyurethane.

-> Largely resistant to oils, grease, alkalisand water.

-> Replaceable wiper lip.

Moulded Wiper

These are manufactured in special moulds Signage can make wiper with any configurations that is technically possible. All formed wiper are provided with a transperent coating as a protection against chips and corrosion. Formed wipers can be lettered to your specifications.

Way Wiper Aluminium

Four types and sizes available - two with frame overhang to protect blade from hot chips. Tough, long-lasting polyurethane wiper blad will withstand heat upto 200 deg. F - resistant to oil and cooling agents. Blade is easily replaceable.
